I've been a fan of inversion tables for 30 years and this one is simple to use and efficient for my needs.
The massage thing is lost on me as i don't hang upside down to get a massage, but someone else mite like it. Overall, pleased with this purchase and defimitely recommend this table.

It was easy to put together, it works great, it helped my lower back the first time I used it. The safety straps for the ankles is a great added security.

the product came in a timely manner. The person delivering it could have been more pleasant. I guess not everyone delivers a smile. Otherwise I enjoy the benefits of my inversion table. I have low back pain, knee pain, and neck and shoulder pain. Being able to stretch on the table relieves some of my pain.

Great machine for the money. After using it for approximately 5 weeks my sciatica is almost completely gone. It's definitely the best investment I've made in a while.

Do not buy this table if you plan to use it lying on your stomach, which is recommended by the better doctors for spine isolation. The foot brace sets only for toes out so if you lie on your stomach very little of your foot rests on the brace. it's useable but not safely. Besides that, seems like a solid table for the price.

it's not good quality hard to come back down. a bar stops you from going all the back but it hurts when you bang it, cause it bangs! hair catches in the head rest. don't waste your money.
