I've had one of these for over 6 months & just bought my mother in law one for Christmas. I love mine! It works great on hard floor & pretty well on carpet/rugs. It will run for about 30 min. before the battery needs to recharge.

Replaced an older model (10 yrs) a lot of newer features. Priced right and used frequently.

Great green one

The Bissell Commercial cordless vacuum was an excellent replacement for a 20 year old vacuum that recently stopped working.  It is very lightweight, and the powerful motor and beater bar do a very good job on getting the winter grit off bare floors and our entryway rugs.  The battery lasts a long time, and the vacuum is automatically recharged when it it placed in its stand.  Placing the vacuum into the stand usually takes two hands.  Removing and replacing the central unit to use as a handheld vacuum is very easy.  Emptying the the dirt container is also easy.  Overall, we are very pleased with this vacuum.

Great lightweight vacuum for bare floors and entry

Oh wow light weigh and easy to use.  I received about 3 weeks ago use often on every surface in my home! The attach handheld is a great bonus. The only con for me at base of the unit is very loose it swivels a lot some may like that. I think it should be more fix in it position.

Great concept

The directions brochure was not well done at all, terrible pictures and poor instructions; finally got a real person on the phone who helped me very much putting it together.  It is more powerful than the Perfect Sweet Turbos.  I hope it will last a long time as it was expensive; I like it so far; use it every day.

Best Helper

Good design recharging port into vacuum unit is very hard to find. Could be resolved by adding a donut sticker over the jack. Port looks like another screw hole. 
Crevice tool needs to be longer. Our previous unit was a Bissell bolt. It's crevice tool was fine at about 6 to 8 in.

It does well on my tile and wood, but is not powerful enough to clean my rugs, unfortunately.

Does not work on rugs

It's convent little vacuum but when the filter get full or near full plan
on using another cleaner to clean the little one out. It's not simple or easy.

Cleaning the vacuum is a chore !

I'm quite surprised at the poor quality of this vacuum. The charger wire frayed, it actually stuck my finger. I am returning this vacuum and I want a refund.
