This is a great buy! The workstation is a quality piece. The price was extremely reasonable. Delivery was even less than the minimum time advertised. I am already planning on buying two more! I just hope they dont run out of them before I can purchase!

Overall we are satisfied with this desk. We had issues with shipping, missing parts, and damaged pieces but they have remedied all of these issues. The desk is good quality and should work well.

Appears to be a sturdy, good-looking desk, but the assembly instructions are poor (pieces not marked, parts not properly designated), and it was missing two important pieces of hardware.

Looks good .....BUT....

Not sure I'd pick this model / color if I had it to do all over again.  I've purchased two other bestar desks in the past for other offices, but this one is made quite differently.  First, the red top is RED.  It'll take some getting used to.  Second, I don't care for how the top hutch doors stay on the outside, preventing me from storing anything on top or decorating the top (see attached).  An old desk I had years ago, they lifted up but stayed inside. Third, I assumed the silver was actual metal handles, it's not.  It's spray painted wood.  Overall, I'm doubtful I'd pick this one again.

We bought two desks and therefore a million boxes showed up at the door. Each box is 60 pounds or more and are past complicated to put together.
Holes don't line up like they should, the particle board is very heavy and looks nice but they warp so things don't fit together like they should. The drawers don't line up and the drawer slides don't move easily without grinding. We are professional installers so be do have the proper tools and skill to put this together but I promise you, the average person will scream doing this.
It's VERY over priced for the quality and our advice is to go to furniture store, pick out what you want, have it delivered and set up. This experience was a complete nightmare.

Too Heavy, Poor quality, and overpriced

The item design look good but material is very weak and while screwing you see the pieces coming off. Not really possible to install it 100% with the poor instructions. Especially the drawers comes with too many pieces and they don't align at all. 

Moreover, we returned it but Sams's is having hard time in returning this item and had to call couple of times and almost waited a month to process the return and still waiting.
