Excellent flavor and overall quality - though there was quite a bit of very fine crumbs along with the larger crumbles.  The packaging was sturdy and easy to work with and it kept the product fresh for the duration.

Love the product and price. Unknown to  my Italian husband, gorgonzola is the Italian blue cheese. Very flavorful and creamy

Best price on an amazing cheese

I was looking for regular blue cheese but this was fine. It was mostly whie when I bought it but it turned blue after I opened the container

Blue?

I use LOTS of Gorgonzola cheese and always keep it on hand. This package is a a good value for sure.

Great Value

This blue is not as tasteee as the regular blue from Wisconsin.  No Danish either

Italian blue, Gorganzola

Very little ‘blue’ in this container at all as the crumbles are basically flavorless and all white. The trick is to mix in a little bit of aged and dark veined cheese chunks into a new container to speed up the aging process. I just save about a cup of crumbles from the previous container I’m replacing and mix it in to the new one. This starts to turn the new crumbles ‘blue’ in just a few days. Works like a charm.

Hardly blue

I keep hoping I will find Salemville Blue Cheese again! Have bought this now twice, but when I make my Blue Cheese Dressings etc. they are disappointing! this will be my last try with this item.

I've been buying my Blue Cheese at Sam's for a LONG time. Why did they change to this Gorgonzola which is totally different and tastes nothing like REAL Blue Cheese? Bring back the Salemville Amish Blue Cheese.

Where's the real Blue Cheese?

We have been purchasing Amish Bleu Cheese from Sam's for a long time.  Your replacement of this product has left us scratching our heads as to why you felt Bel Gioioso was an adequate replacement.  Who wants cubes in their salad, has no taste what so ever, very firm, not creamy.   We want Bleu Cheese not so called "Crumbled" Gorgonzola!
