Absolutely the best jerky you can buy! If you do not like the heat, the plain is delicious as well! Like more heat? Try the green! I go to the Sam’s on Montaño just to get it!

Maybe ours was just bad?

I'm familiar with aged beef and dry jerky. Perhaps we got a bad batch, but this jerky was absolutely horrendous. Thinking back to when I used to cut meat, I'd swear this was from an older bull or steer that was cut way too late, and not seasoned well on top of that. It could keep you from starving in a pinch I suppose.
