I’m obsessed with Baileys Salted Caramel! The flavor is the perfect mix of creamy, sweet, and salty caramel. It’s so smooth and indulgent, and it adds the best twist to my drinks. I love it over ice, in my coffee, and especially for making a salted caramel espresso martini, it takes it to the next level. If you’re a caramel lover, you need this. Definitely one of my new Baileys favorites!

I give my cousin credit for making me aware of the Salted Caramel Baileys.  I'm not an adventurous person when it comes food or drink, especially if I already have a drink that I enjoy.  The original Baileys always makes me happy.  Because of that preference for the original, it took several different tastes of the salted caramel for me to let go of my expectations of it to be like the original.  I've now come to appreciate the caramel flavour as its own pleasurable experience.  There is a sweetness that comes through from the caramel. It is not for everyone.  My mom prefers the original and has trouble appreciating the different taste this flavour offers.  It has a bit of an after taste that is more apparent when consumed at room temperature… similar to that of Baileys original. 
I enjoy it chilled from the fridge.  While I enjoy the original Baileys in coffee, I'm curious to try the salted caramel flavour in coffee.  I just finished the bottle I had in the fridge and will definitely get another just to have on hand when I feel for something a little different.  I think it only comes in one bottle size, which makes it a tricky decision at the store when you just want to try it.  A smaller bottle offering would make that decision a bit easier.  I would definitely put a 375ml bottle along with an original Baileys as part of a gift package.  The bottle is a twist cap as it's expected that you will refrigerate the rest of the bottle.  The shelf life is clearly marked at the back of the bottle.  I find that Baileys does last beyond the marked date, likely because of alcohol content.  It is a cream based product and should be kept in fridge once opened.  If unopened, be mindful of how long it's been on your shelf.

I love the taste, smell and warmth of Bailey's Salted Caramel!
This is quite hard to get hold of here in the UK and I was gifted a bottle by a family member for Christmas last year and sadly it's all gone now.
If you like Bailey's and you like Salted Caramel then this is the tipple for you!

I don't usually drink, because I don't like the taste of alcohol. This is literally the only thing I can have. It's sweet, creamy and kind of nutty, almost like a dessert drink. It doesn't have the alcohol taste.

This drink is thicker than your booty. If I could, I'd add some water or have the ice melt it a little. I take these as shots and the liqueur is still stuck in my throat after a few seconds (LITERALLY leaves an after-taste). I also recommend that you don't drink this if you're lactose or your body doesn't process milk well... Also this has such a small amount of alcohol percentage... you'll have to drink the whole bottle if you and your friends really want to have a good buzz...
