The kit was very well prepared. All pilot holes were in the correct location, plans were easy to follow and the hardware is better than the competition. Of the 5 play sets I have ordered and assembled, this by far the strongest and safest.

We are extremely happy with the Skyline Retreat swing set.  It is exactly what we wanted the kids have a great time on it.  We had it installed so we had to wait a little longer because they had to schedule out 2 days for install. Only thing we are adding is handles on the inside where the kids climb up to the sky box look out. Worth the purchase love it!!! Installers were great too.

We bought this product prior to pandemic lockdown.  Kids have used it everyday since.  They love all of the different features and spend their recess time playing on it during virtual school.

I would've given this review 5 stars, as it's a great overall set once built, although around 10% of the wood pieces were either cut to the wrong length or pre-drilled holes were off by around a 1/4 inch on some boards.  I was able to apply a fix to all instances due to the fact that I have a miter and circular saw, along with the correct drill bits for the off centered holes.  Lastly, the delivery company that dropped off the set missed their delivery window by about 6 hours and 2 of the 7 boxes were broken wide open with wood scattered everywhere.

It was really hard to put together, some of the wood didn't have holes, and some of the wood wasn't cut properly and the slide does not line up at all
