Some baked goods still have that gritty/flaky texture, but 9 times out of 10 you can't tell it's gluten-free. I make cake, biscuits, cornbread, etc, with great success. Even a delicious pizza crust!

Works in most recipes

This is the best gluten free flour by far that I have used. It worked well for gravy, waffles, and cookies. 
This is all I have used it for so far. 
After the holidays, I am at the end of my bag of flour now and planning to buy my third bag of it ASAP!

this is the best gluten-free, soy lecithin-free, corn-free flour on the market.  the best gravy I've made in years, cookies, etc. don't taste grainy.  the best thing is that people on a fixed income can afford to buy this (at least once in a while). I hardly ever give 5 stars (because I don't believe in or expet perfection).

This is the best flour by far, I have tried so many.  Then I created my own blend and this is exactly what I use in my blend.  This is so much easier because all the hard work of weighing the different flours to make the perfect blend is already done.  Thank you Bob's Red Mill.  I hope Sam's Club keep this all the time.

Best Flour Blend

This is the best GF flour I have ever used. It yields results that are comparable, if not superior, to regular wheat flour in most recipes. I am so disappointed that this is not currently available in store or online. Honestly, the availability of this flour at such a great price was the primary reason I maintained my Sam's Club membership. Please, Sam's Club, bring this back ASAP!

It seems like stores are constantly adding and then dropping GF items. This one's a keeper though. If Sam's were toe drop this I wouldn't bother coming in weekly to grab items.

Perfect for children or anyone on a gluten free diet. Use just like regular flour in every thing from pancakes to gravy, to chile.  Main reason I continue to shop at Sam's.

Great product in a perfect size.

I've been cooking gluten free for give years and this flour mix is the best. No funky aftertaste. Has xanthum gum mixed in already. You can easily sub it for regular flour in recipes. I highly recommend it.

Love it! I hope sams always carries this product because it is the best gluten free flour I've come across. Direct substitution for flour. Barely notice the difference.
