After reading some of these reviews from disappointed people, I wasn't expecting Beef Shoyu Ramen to be as good as it is. I enjoyed it quite thoroughly, and didn't find it bland at all. The broth had nice flavor, the noodles were perfect (a bit thicker and firmer than typical ramen packs from the grocery store, and the beef was quite tender and tasty. The peppers added a nice flavor, and contributed to the pleasant aroma. I liked that it was easy to fix; I'll definitely get these again.

The broth has a rich soy (shoyu) flavor but it is a bit off with the addition of bell peppers.
Noodles have nice springiness to them and are the best part of this ramen.
Over all I would recommend trying this out if you are a ramen lover.
I recommend adding a soft boiled egg to enhance your experience.

Good ramen but don't expect real shoyu ramen.

I love Japanese ramen but this is just terrible.  I don't write a review normally but I had to say something about this ramen cause I don't want anyone else to take one more for the team.
