Paid $100  for a nasty item. House is fine after cleaning the bugs and brown stains off it. Bought it as Christmas present and was disgusted when I put it together for my daughters. Had to bleach the entire thing down.

Never opened! This was a Christmas present for my 2 youngest and I left it in the shopping bag until Christmas Eve (to keep it hidden) when I opened it the top is covered in mold!! Nothing on the shipping bag, but it's growing on the box. NOW I CAN'T EVEN GIVE THEM THERE GIFT ON CHRISTMAS!!

I received an used/damaged box. The boxed looked like it had been teared up and taped back together. It was in such bad condition that I had to return.

Used/returned item

I ordered this for my niece as a Christmas present, as I was putting it together last night I noticed it was missing a few parts like something for the elevator  to get that to go up and down and a few other part. Although it's easy to put together, it's not easy to take apart. My niece was very upset cause she was so excited about this Barbie dream house. I did purchase protection plan, so how do I use that to get this dream house fixed?

Missing pieces

Beware of the grass mat accessory! Caused splinters with hundreds of shards of plastic fibers from the top of this mat. Also a respitory hazard!

Bought black Friday for my daughter.  Went to put it together and the shower door and main foundation are cracked.

Broken pieces

I had about 50 percent of this put together after my daughters opened this as their main gift on Christmas and a post was missing. We made the best we could out of it because everything is closed and they were crying when I told them they would have to wait to play. When this is resolved it is worth the five stars. Outstanding detail and lots of accessories. I'm sure they'll enjoy playing this together for years to come. Note we even tried to just purchase the part to get it here faster and it wasn't available online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Barbie House and our girls love it more than the first one. When you open the box it can look daunting, but I can say this was easier to build the version sold a couple of years ago. Along with the instructions I recommend watching the assembly video as you go. Makes assembly a breeze. House is great for kids as there is a lot of flexibility to move furniture around, configure the slide several different ways, and of course the music and lights were a big hit. Highly recommend!

What a House!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter received the Barbie Dream house has a gift. It was so easy to put together. My daughter hasn't stopped playing with it yet! Love all the little detail that it has! Cool features  as well. I've even been playing barbies with her!

Great doll house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is quite the dream house for your girl. Three levels of interchangeable play areas allow for much interaction, including a moving elevator.  Moveable pieces to use throughout the house invites creative play. Real lights and sounds for a fun party atmosphere. Assembly time was about an hour and a half.

Best party house ever!
