Very good but very dangerous. I buy these cookies at Stater Bros but you buy them individually. Never seen them at Sam's Club in bulk. These are Mexican cookies made with lard! That's why they've so good. Like I said, dangerous!

Freeze half, eat half. Half cookie per serving.

The polvorones were good, but not as good as the conchas.

Pretty to look at but I was a little disappointed. Kind of bland and dry. I suppose they'd be good dunked in coffee or under a scopp if ice cream though.

Underwhelming

I love Mexican cookies, these were not sweet enough and they all tasted the same.  Not bad, but not great.

I found that the cookies had a chemically taste

These pastries had a certain windex smell & taste to them… it's hard to explain. It wasn't until you broke one or bit into them, and it was in all of them.
