They are very comfortable to wear, super soft, the pad is extra long so no worries about leaking, They last all day and night. I got these for my mom and she was always complaining about pads not staying in place. With these she doesn’t have to worry about that. If you, your mom or grandma are looking for a truly reliable absorbing pad that stays in place, these are definitely a go to.

They are comfortable, high waisted and have a double layer of elastic to help prevent leaks. Thin enough to go unnoticed under my dress, sweats and jeans! These gave me some peace of mind being able to go to events without worrying about leaks.

It fit as expected, according to the size guide, as the guide on the packaging was very accurate. I found the material to be very comfortable and non-irritating.  They stayed in place well and did an excellent job of catching leaks. I didn't have any issues with odor, either. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Always Discreet underwear for women. First, they were attractive. I found when using them I had no leaks and no odor. Add to that there was no bulkiness. They were comfortable and absorbent. I never felt wet in them . They were stretchy and fit like regular underwear. Always underwear kept the moisture away from my skin. It turns any liquid into a gel on the inside away from you. I also found they had a pleasing light scent. They were compact for packing in your purse or luggage. This underwear kept me dry for 12 hours. I can't imagine a time before Always disposable underwear when women had embarrassing leaks. Always can't make me younger, but it can help keep me comfortable and dry while looking good in my older years.

Keeps You Dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only gave these 3 stars because of the fit. They slide down the hips, even under pants,  so I found myself constantly readjusting them. They are more like a hipster than full coverage so that is probably why. Absorption is good since the liner is the size and thickness of a size L baby diaper. I was impressed that it didn't show under pants. The liquid turns to gel pretty quickly so there were no leaks but it does feel thick when wet. I would use these when I know I'm going to be in a situation where a bathroom may not be readily available for a period of time but I would not wear these for everyday use due to them having an uncomfortable fit. A higher rise would most likely improve that issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet, Always Discreet Plus -XL/XXL, although they are comfortable, somewhat, I really can't see wearing them for up to 12 hours as the padding tends to bunch up. I don't know how much they will really hold nor if the liquid turns the padding to a gel. They are "lightly scented" but I'd prefer no scent as you can smell them after wearing even a little while. Also, some of the stitching around the legs leave an inch or more material kind of flapping. After trying this product several times, I can honestly say, it does a job but I have used better fitting and unscented products I prefer over these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Discreet plus is tight around the inner leg area. The back doesn't the full bottom. After wearing a few, I've gotten use them. I don't like that they bunch up if i use them for longer than 2 hours. I definitely won't wear them out in public. I'm ok with wearing them overnight at home only. The absorption  is good.
