I go through so much Soy sauce every month because I do a lot of Asian cooking. I got this idea from a chef that I follow because this is what he uses. I am so impressed with this brand. I cant stand or stomach the Kikoman brand. if you are lookin for a little Sweeter and a little less salty give this a try. you wont neb disappointed. I have used this on Chicken recipes and on sauce for my dumplings and for sauce for beef. either way it is a winner
