Good quality. Helps level my blood sugar when having a meal with carbs or a sweet treat. No burping or heartburn after taking them.

It is a great product. Most other cinnamon products you have to take 2 capsulles to meet requirement. These you just take one!

This is a product I have purchased before but was having a hard time repurchasing. I located it at Sam's Club for a reasonable price. I take these to support healthy blood sugar. This particular formula is rapid release and I find these work quickly.
