I brought this 2 washer and dryer a month ago and I am so happy with the quality and great features it has, it is very easy to connect to internet and keeps you poesred on when cycle finishes, also it has tons of functions that helps saving energy and water, the AI feature is amazing! It sense itself how much water and time is needed for every load.

I bought these machines in May 2023 and so far I am very happy with my purchase, There is something I did not like, the door of the dryer at the bottom where the seal is and the glass at the moment of finishing the drying always fills with fluff,Removing that, the machines are very beautiful, they are very modern, and they work very well, I have little time with them, I hope they last me a long time without having to have any repairs, we'll see how well LG does their product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my washer broke and I didn’t feel like putting any more money into my Maytags which were only a couple of years old. I saw that LG was getting top marks so I decided to try them this time around. I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice. The dryer has an easy to navigate knob with a display with multiple dry options that include AI Dry in which the dryer senses your clothing, Timed dry that allows you to choose your own settings, Bedding, Towels, Quick Dry, Steam Fresh which I really love, and then you have Normal, Delicates, Power Dry, and Perm. Press. Hopefully I didn’t miss any, but then with the ThinQ app you get an additional 15 different dry cycles to choose from plus you can check on your dry cycle time or just look for the alerts it sends to your smart phone when the cycle has ended. You can also operate the dryer remotely with the app as well. Lastly it has an option called Smart Diagnosis if there are problems with you dryer that may need repair. Best Dryer ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, the steam option is awesome, love that its a smart appliance and the AI dry you can use for mixed loads which saves some money.  It notifies you when things are ready so they have less of a chance of wrinkling.

My first smart appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're on the older side and were worried it would be difficult to operate with the new type of control.  It was actually quite easy. In fact, our first time to dry we chose AI to make it simple. Worked nicely and after one day of use, we feel like pros. Favorite features: 10 minute steam fresh

Works nicely

We bought this with the matching washer a couple months ago. It seems to work efficiently, our stuff is not shrunken or left damp. It has great features and settings! Lots of drying options! 
However, the display will sometimes not light up. We thought maybe there was a reason behind it, like a reset needed, or maybe when it stops and says 80% full (for the lint part, which is super helpful if you sometimes forget to clean it off) but those seem to not be the issue. 

We have come down to that there is something more than likely not connecting properly or loose in there. 
It's frustrating and disappointing when you spend this much money on something to not have it work perfectly.

Display issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit tricky to use since I’m not super tech savvy but I have noticed they do wash better! I can get more done at once. You need to watch for things getting caught up and stuck in the drum of the dryer as well. It washed my two pillows great and dried them. Once I went to wash my husband’s they didn’t fully finish the spin cycle and wouldn’t dry either.

The dryer lint tray reminder is my favorite

Dryer is great.  Lots of features. Remote status is very helpful. Installation service was less than optimal.  They could not hook up to my gas line. They only had one hose that would not fit the dryer or the line.  Communication was poor.  2nd visit from LG also could not connect it.  Had to call a plumber.  Ordering process from LG did not ask any questions about the type of line connection.

Great dryer, very bad LG installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer a few weeks ago. So far, it's good, dries clothes as advertised and has a lot of preset dry cycles to choose from as well as a manual cycle. Its tub is very large more than enough for a king size blanket and it's very quiet, you can hardly hear it running. The thing that it's missing is being able to set a custom preset, I always have to select one that closest to what I'd want then select the additional options. On my old LG you could set up what you wanted and save it as a custom preset, so you just hit the custom button and start, done. Also, when selecting many of the presets you cannot modify the heat or dryness settings which don't make sense to me. Would love to see these features added or changed, maybe in a future firmware update.

We have not been able to use it once because it has no heat, repairman came out after one week and found a bad gas valve and thermistor. 2 weeks later and he is supposed to be back tomorrow to install parts! Only reason I have a one star is because there were no zero stars
