[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this LG range, it cooks and bakes great. Knobs work great don’t seem to be flimsy or cheep, the storage drawer under the oven slides in and out with no issues. Very easy range to operate great quality

Happy with this new range. A couple of things could have been better. Bottom drawer is small and slide mechanism could have used a bearing design to improve ‘sliding’ function. Range has a number of features that are focused in literature- air fryer, convection roasting but unit does not come with items needed to use those functions. Boiler pan and grid use in roasting ‘sold separately’, as is air fry tray. Can be bought as extras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love the blue interior of the oven.  The knobs are nice and big and set high so that stuff from frying doesn't hit them.  The readings around the knobs are hard to see at times but I move.  The oven overbakes food near the back and seems to be higher temp than I am used to.  I have one burner that seems to take longer to come on but the others are awesome!  I do wish that stove makers would come back with knobs to set temp on oven and timer.  I can't always get the + and - settings to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the range about two weeks. Everything works great but I have two issues that I feel LG should address in future models. First, the glass top has no visible rings for the burners, not even faint. It’s a guessing game as to where to set pan or pot down. Second, the drawer is very flimsy, no weight to it at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it, but drawer below, not easy to use.  My cooktop already had marks on it & I have only used cooktop cleaner on.  The oven works very well & the convection.  HVent tried air fry yet.  Don’t especially like that you can’t just add or shorten time to timer without starting over.  When ordered air fry pan, didn’t understand that would be a entire grate/separate shelf have to put in oven.  Don’t have a lot of room to store & kinda of bothersome that have to remove other & put air fry in.  It does bake well.  I maybe should’ve picked another model when this one was replaced because 1st one damaged.  Thank you!

I bought this end of Jan, delivered couple wks ago but had to have it replaced due to electrical problem, never used, new one delivered 3/23 and gasket is damaged so have not been able to use oven.  .  Your customer service is wonderful and are issuing a new range.   can't wait to have the opportunity to use my new LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the cook top especially being able to use one of the eyes for 2 size pans.  I am not happy with the oven.  I have baked bread and cakes in it and sometimes they bake in same amount of time as previous ovens I have had.  Other times it takes much longer.  A technician came out and recalibrated the temperature setting but when I bake layer cakes they do not brown on top.  They should come out with a golden top.  I have been baking a long time using 4 other ovens and never had this problem. Also I would prefer simpler settings such as just hit Bake and temperature and not having to hit start and the same thing with the timer.  I can't believe an actual cook designed this product.

I purchased this range along with a refrigerator and dishwasher on March 12th. Ita was delivered and installed March 21st. Now less than five weeks later the stove top is disfigured! Sams Club offered to replace it, but I'm concerned that the new one will be the same after a month of using. I called LG, their response? that's your problem, its not covered by our warranty, you must have done something wrong. Well yeah, I COOKED ON IT! I'll have to return it for a different brand, can't trust LG.

Horrible Product!

The oven glass door cracked and crumbled and LG will not fix it , I have been behind gettign this fixed and both samclub and LG will not fix it, the quality is poor and customer support sucks
