The LG is everything we wanted: easy to operate, many useful functions (self clean, air fryer, warmer plate) and very responsive. When we bought the stove, for some reason it was in "Sabbath Mode" which we never even knew existed. I had to call customer service (which was excellent) to try and figure out why the stove wouldn't respond. We cancelled the Sabbath Mode and it works beautifully.

I hate meals that take a long time to cook so I mostly stick to the same old things. Well thanx to the air fry option everything takes a fraction of the time and I’ve gone out of my comfort zone and started making a lot more different meals. Everyone should have one of these stoves in their home!

Best Stove EVER!

Happy with this new range. A couple of things could have been better. Bottom drawer is small and slide mechanism could have used a bearing design to improve ‘sliding’ function. Range has a number of features that are focused in literature- air fryer, convection roasting but unit does not come with items needed to use those functions. Boiler pan and grid use in roasting ‘sold separately’, as is air fry tray. Can be bought as extras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is so hard to keep the top clean.  The air fryer is not as good as I thought it'd be, but some things fry up ok in it.  The top though.....don't cook on it unless you have lots of time afterwards for cleaning....it is a bear to clean!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stove.  I has lots of features that my previous stove did not have.  The only negative thing is that the oven seems to cook a little hotter or faster so recommended times on food packaging have caused food to burn.  I just subtract about 3 minutes and that seems to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got caught in the 2021 appliance shortage. We bought an LG with less features but when it got time for delivery we could not get it. We had to upgrade to this model and it works very well but has more features than we need.

Everything works fine. Air Fryer not so much gutting help is not the best. But we like the stove so much we are keeping it and just dealing the Air Fryer not what I expected. We will keep working at it going to give it a 4th try and will up date if I can.  If the air Fryer worked as expected it would be a 10 star.

I bought this a while back, so not happy with it.  When it 
works correctly, it's awesome.  When it doesn't, I'm mad again.   4 times we have had to have the mother board replaced.  From reviews, it seems the computer system can't handle the heat of the oven fryer or self cleaner.  The store and lg both refuse to replace.  I will NEVER buy another lg product!

Great features, when they work

I purchased this range along with a refrigerator and dishwasher on March 12th. Ita was delivered and installed March 21st. Now less than five weeks later the stove top is disfigured! Sams Club offered to replace it, but I'm concerned that the new one will be the same after a month of using. I called LG, their response? that's your problem, its not covered by our warranty, you must have done something wrong. Well yeah, I COOKED ON IT! I'll have to return it for a different brand, can't trust LG.

Horrible Product!

The oven glass door cracked and crumbled and LG will not fix it , I have been behind gettign this fixed and both samclub and LG will not fix it, the quality is poor and customer support sucks
