This stove is absolutely great!  Love the 2 sizes of burners on the front elements.  I can't believe how quickly the oven heats up compared to our old one.  Ordering online, paying and delivery were all so easy!  I would definitely recommend this one!!

I bought this stove for a kitchen remodel. Love the blue onterior. Everyone is so surprised when they open the oven door. Smooth surface top was not my first choice( really wanted gas) but so far it has been stellar. Quick heat-up of all the burners. It does  mark up easily though. Cleaner does the trick. Overall a good choice. Customer support was very helpful the one time I called.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought a couple LG refrigerators that I really liked, but the oven did not meet my expectations.  It seems to take longer to boil water than my old "coil-type" stovetop.  The heating element seems to dim when the water is getting close to boiling and it cools down again.  I also had some delivery issues.  The bottom drawer was dented after a lengthy wait to get it.  LG did agree to replace the oven, but will take another month to get the replacement.  The unit does look good and the oven and other features do seem to all work.

The oven cooks everything to fast if you need to cook something on 375 set it on 350 or cut the time down a few minutes that it’s supposed to be cooked. Also burner’s are the same. Everything needs to be at a lower sitting.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new house that already had this range. I don’t love the oven. It doesn’t cook very evenly unless it is 100% pre heated. The heat all comes straight from the top so if you put it in even a little bit before it’s done preheating it will overcook the top before the bottom is finished.

Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove with the glass top. On one of my burners the top has turned white with a background of mesh. I have tried multiple ways to clean it, but nothing has really helped. I tried contacting the company and they said they do not cover problems with the glass tops. The stove is used a lot. I have had it less than 3 months, I would have thought LG would have been interested in the problem, but they said it is my problem. We will be returning it.

Glass Top problems

Do not buy! No bottom heating element, so if you’re a baker, the top of your pizzas, pies, anything you bake cooks/ burns on top but is never or undercooked on the bottom! If you use convention setting you have to wait like and hour for it to get to temperature and then everytime you open the oven you’re losing heat! The internal ceramic chips. 
The cook top is a joke! Water take forever to boil! The cook top discolored internally and now has a hazy white tinge. The clock went out after a year and now the display on features partial number parts. 
The top metal exterior gets SUPER hot and will cause burns if you are not careful after heating up oven.
The top surface scratches so easy.
LG customer support is nonexistent and provides no relief after warranty.
Like every other review I miss my old 15 year oven that I thought I’d upgraded to this pretty looking one only to get a terrible oven.
As a baker and the fact that I make yummy baked crust pizza anymore with this dud is so heartbreaking!
Make sure to do your research and believe all the bad reviews.

Bad all around READ THIS REVIEW

1 year in my brand new redone kitchen, this ovens top has 3 burners that run at max setting even when put on low it will burn everything, or worse if not paying attention. Just out of warranty of course, avoid this product, I will be getting rid of all the rest of my LG stuff this is absolutely terrible never again

Fire hazard!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the stove a month ago we had to call the LG  twice with issues. The stove kept shutting off and anything on the top shelve burns. They came to see what the issues were and they had to come back and put a new Mother board in and a sensor on the door.  The 
 Glass top on the stove always looks dirty and it is a new stove. I would not a LG Stove again. Very Disappointed. I would love to have someone reach out to me for a replacement.
