I am very pleased with my new smoker.  It's easy to heat up and maintain a constant temperature.  The double doors make it easy to add wood chips without loosing all the heat.  The window in the upper door makes it easy to observe the progress of the cooking.  This is the forth smoker I have owned and by far the most convenient to use.    
The cost from Sam's Club made it impossible to pass up.

Masterbuilt 44-inch gas smoker

I bought this smoker for my son-in-law, and he couldn't be happier.  The multiple shelves and being able to see meat being smoked without opening, is spot on. This smoker allows a lot of options at a terrific price.  I did a lot of research prior to buying.  The included cover made the deal even better.

Great Value!

Smoker is large. I've had mine two weeks and have smoked fish, chicken, ribs, and mac and cheese on it so far with no issues. The thermometer was spot on with the oven thermometer I put on the grill grates. The legs are a little flimsy so be careful when transporting for cooking if you have to go over raised edges etc. Very easy to maneuver on hard surfaces. I've been able to maintain temps just shy of 200 for multiple hours (for seafood) and 250 for Ribs with no issues. With both burners cranked to high can hit 325 degrees with the dampers open and 350 with them closed. I'm in Florida so cold weather usually isn't much of an issue here. The two doors do leak but that doesn't effect flavor one bit. If you'd like to seal that up you can purchase some self stick bbq gasket for under $20.00 and apply yourself. For the $200 price range this is hard to beat. If you have experience on another smoker, especially offset, you'll master this within 30 minutes after the initial burn period. Preinstalled chip tray is large enough for 8 oz. of wood chunks which will burn for a good hour.

I bought this for a early birthday present for my husband.  He loves it!  It was a great buy and it arrived when it was supposed to.

Well worth the money and easy assembly. Only complaint cannot get above 300 degrees but has lots of room to smoke several items.

Excellent value

Had this little over a month, needs a few tweaks, too get it too the level of smokewortheyness I prefer, i added a Kevlar door seal to help keep more smoke in, tweeked both lower vents, But overall out the box is a very nice smoker, I have used it every weekend, doing a brisket for the 4th, Happy So Far

Works Well

This was a Christmas gift for my husband. It took about 30 minutes to fully assemble. The directions were easy to follow. He loves it! Only draw back is that, the meat doesn't have a strong smoke flavor, but we will keep playing with different types of wood.

Beginner Friendly

I bought this due to the picture showing the bologna hooks and the extra shelf.  Not sure what the pack-ins are, but it only comes with 2 jerky racks and 3 regular racks and the cover.  The photo is deceiving. it shows a total of 6 racks and the bologna hooks, but does not come with them! I also checked the Masterbuilt site and they do not offer the bologna hooks shown or extra shelfs/racks. It is still a very well built product, just disappointed that it does not come as shown in the picture.

Somewhat disappointed

Purchased this product a couple weeks ago, spent two hours building it. After building was complete noticed 2 high gashes in the side of it. 
I wish I inspected prior to assembling it. 
Also burner doesn't work. 
How whack

Busted up on arrival

Bought this smoker in November 2016.  Immediatly noticed the heat/burner issues.  Work over 2 months with Masterbuilt to be finally told that their engineers said this behavior was by design.  The 2 burners will not adjust much between high and low.  I am unable to get a 30 degree range of temps (210-240) because one burner will only heat so high and then the second burner causes it to heat too much.  No way to adjust the 2 burners down so I have to run one at a time.  This causes uneven heat on the wood tray and then I have minimal smoke.  This is my 3rd Masterbuilt smoker. The previous 2 were good but this one has produced nothing but aggravation with poor quality meat.  Probably my last Masterbuilt.  Look around... you will see that this issue is reported by many others.  You cannot smoke good meat at the temps this smoker requires in order for it to produce adequate smoke.
