We have an "old" Samsung 2008 DLP TV and wanted to be able to connect it to the Soundbar.  Didn't know if it would since it's so old.  Hooked everything up and Voila!--everything is in sync with each other--able to use TV remote to control soundbar and TV.  Sound is great and customizable with bass, treble, and subwoofer.  Great purchase so far.

Great Sound and Connectivity

Purchased this a month ago to enhance the sound on our new Samsung TV.  My husband loves that the words are crisp and clear at higher volumes.  Super easy set up & operation, all at a great price!  Will definitely purchase another one for our pavilion TV.

Samsung 3.1 Soundbar

I bought this for the Clear  Voice feature (tv shows were drowning the dialog with the background music & sound effects).  On the TV, I've often tried to fiddle with the Treble & Bass to try and make the dialog clearer, but was never very successful.  With this soundbar, the ClearVoice feature does it for me :)  
And, on top of that, my Panasonic TV is one of the ones that Samsung accepts as being able to control the volume of the soundbar via the TV's remote, so I don't have to use Samsung's (unless I want to change the Clear Voice for Sports/Music/Movies).
Overall, very impressed.

Clear Voice Helps :)

I am generally a Bose fan, but didn't want to pay $1K+ for their sound bar w/sub.  I came across the Samsung setup on display and gave it a Lois ten and I was impressed!  I've had the sound bar for weeks now and couldn't be happier for 1/5th the price of Bose!!

Fantastic Balue

Speakers going out on Samsung.  Purchased this system to compensate for sound.  Feels like new entertainment system.  Good quality product for price.

Happy with this purchase, I wish the WiFi connection would stay connected at further distances. Still great sound.

Nice, I would buy again

Was concerned due to some of the reviews of the other Samsung Soundbar and the questionable subwoofer performance.  This one does not disappoint.

Great Sound - Subwoofer Good Too

Fast delivery, easy setup and it sounds great.   It adds a lot of audio enhanchements to everything we watch: movies, sports, etc

Bought this with intent of purchasing the wireless rear speaker kit.  The only kit it fits is the SWA-8000S, which is no longer being sold because it has been replaced with SWA-8500S.

This unit worked fine at first using an HDMI connection, and sound quality was good. After a few months, the sound started skipping badly, it is getting almost unusable. Changing the HDMI cable and settings did nothing to improve the problem. Not impressed with Samsung quality.
