Disappointed that there was 4 people booked at the same time and was told there would be a 3 hour wait.  It ended up taking 2 hours and 20 minutes after I complained.  Tires and rims were left very dirty.  I get that you need to use a lubricant to get the tires on but you could leave my rims at least as clean as when I brought them in.  They were left with lube and in some cases a black rubber film.

Good Tires but Disappointed with Service

I had a set of 4 of these installed about 30,000 miles ago. I drive very conservatively and they're already worn out for the most part. And I had to have one replaced 15K miles ago because it had already worn out, which Sam's replaced under warranty. Sam's tire service folks have been good, but I would not recommend these tires due to how quickly they wear out.

Short life.

I would love to rate my tires, unfortunately even though you have record that I received them I have not received them yet, although I purchased them already Approximately two weeks ago.

Desperately waiting

I like the tires, but the installer left my tire sensor off and my went flat. Luckily for me I reached my destination in time and no accident happen.
