I was disappointed with this can of fruit. Upon opening the can, I spotted large parts of grape stems. When I poured it out into a large bowl there were a lot of the large stems. I contacted Del Monte the day I opened the can of fruit and they are supposed to be sending me a check. It has been 3 weeks and still no check. I will not purchase this type of fruit ever again.

Bad can of Fruit Cocktail

Purchased 8 cans for a large event, and it was fine.  Because I wanted to make sure I could get all 8, I ordered online for pickup, and they were ready for me when I got there!  So convenient!  Next time I buy 1 can for home use, I'll freeze it into a slush to enjoy on hot days.

I order these twice, the first time came out great.  The second time came out with big damage on both cans.  :-(

When I received the  box with 3 very large cans of Fruit Cocktail & 1 large can of Tang...box was about open...all cans & container were dented badly...didn't send back because items woykd not have gotten back to me in time

Who Ships Heavy, Large & Fragile Items like That!!

Cans arrived with the tops bashed in.  There is no way FedEx did this kind of damage; we were sent damaged goods that Sam's Club was trying to unload because they couldn't sell them off the shelf in that kind of condition.

Had been run over by a truck

Cans were crushed. Juice was leaking out. Can lid was puffed up. Had to throw one can away because I was afraid to serve it to my soup kitchen people.

The can was badly DENTED!!  Almost afraid to use it, but I would have to return it to the store and that’s why I ordered it “on line”  —. so I wouldn’t have to go to the store!!  They should compensate me for the poor product.

Be careful about “free” delivery….

I bought this online because my local sams was out of stock. The cans i was given were smashed. Then i find out it was back in stock at my local sams the same day i recieved my package. I guess i should of waited. But with Covid-19 happening its difficult to know when items will be available.

Online or in club?

I shop weekly at Sam's club I have experience when they delivery cans are dented and has rust around the can.

I would like to discuss hiring additional teachers

This is the worst fruit cocktail you can buy. Seriously. It's old timey dull fruit lacking color and flavor. The grapes are disgusting. It reminds me of Blech! Those little fruit cups are the way to go. Fresher, better tasting fruit. Maybe another brand makes good fruit cocktail in a #10 can, but not this one. I put it into quart mason jars for storage. I'm not a picky eater, and I am going to finish all of it eventually, but never again.
