These tires were OEM on my 2017 Golf R. This is a stage 2+ tuned car which is driven aggressively. I just replaced all four at 29,300 miles. I probably could have made it past 30K but picked up a nail in the passenger front and decided it was time to replace them. Properly rotated at every 5K. Excellent tire!

Great Mileage

The 5Ps were the original equipment tires on my '13 C63 AMG. I absolutely loved them. When it was time for new tires, I temporarily switched to the ExtremeContact DW tires, which were also great (particularly in wet conditions). This summer, I decided to purchase and install a new set of 5Ps. I am thrilled with my decision. These tires are incredibly sticky; the grip is phenomenal. After a few hundred miles worth of break-in, the tires are facilitating great steering feel. Turn in is sharp, crisp, and precise. The ride is comfortable and quiet. In sum, these are outstanding max performance summer tires.

Sticky and confidence-inspiring

Drove 165 mi. in a 19° snowstorm. NO ISUES AT ALL!

Incredible wet grip. Outperformed its own claims.

Use these on my Tesla Model S P100D. This car weights a ton (4,491 pounds) and has a ton of torque in ludicrous mode (792 lb-ft) and you can't rotate because they are staggered. So this car is known as the tire-eater. Still managed to get 2 years and 31,000 miles out if all 4 tires.

Would Buy Again

I'm happy with these tires. I especially appreciate the handling they make possible. Braking and cornering in dry or wet conditions is very good. For those of you who drive much more expensive cars with these tires installed by the OEM and who don't like the tires, I have to ask, do you really think the likes of Audi, BMW and Mercedes didn't do their homework when they choose to sell their car to you with these on them? Or could it be you don't check your tire pressure and inflate your tires properly?

Great tires for a VW Golf R S2

Great Handling, great grip, 30 000km. If you are after a an endurance tyre then I would suggest not buying a performance tyre.

I was happy with the tires until the tread life was 20 thousand miles (less than 12 months)... I have bought multiple tires and by far these tires have been the least tread life I have had. Not recommended for everyday driving... switch to another tire. these tires were standard on my A5 and I was told there would be no warranty coverage on them because they are performance tires... at this rate if I'd purchase again I would buy new tires every year... plus balancing and alignment... I am religious on rotation!

Not enough Life

Tread was worn down to the wear bars after 8,000 miles of mixed highway and town travel on 2014 Audi S7.

extremely disappointed

Continental ContiSportContact 5P MO summer tires came standard on my S63 Cabriolet. Now that I've replaced them after 11,000 miles, I can't imagine a worse tire. They're hard as rocks with a terrible ride, have miserable tread life, they make a horrible crabbing/skipping during slow speed turns at any temperature below 65 degrees, they break free under moderate cornering forces, and they're very loud.

Really hated them

Purchased a brand new Audi A5 in August 2023. I only drive the vehicle for ~ 6 months/year (stored during late fall and winter). I have 30,000 kms on the car and was told I need to replace the 2 front tires due to insufficient tire tread remaining. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be replacing any of my tires with this make.
