I look for 100% single olive location instead of olives from many locations. This is my go to for cooking olive oil and for salads. I want to stock up when they have it in stock… it’s one of those if you see it you better grab it because it may be another year before you see it again.

100% California Olives

Great tasting olive oil!  I use this for salads, roasted crispy cauliflower, broccoli, caramelizing meat, or anything you might directly taste the oil.  I use a lesser priced olive oil for occasional frying or baking.  I appreciate the bottle being GLASS %26 dark.  I buy a small bottle %26 refill with this large one.  It's a great quality oil.

This is a great olive oil especially for finishing %26 for salads. It is actually the first one I’ve ever tried that is not overpowering %26 I actually enjoy the taste of it on my salad. I will be using it mostly for that purpose because it tastes so good!

Great Taste

The only extra virgin olive oil I buy, at the best price I found anywhere, in store or online! I believe it’s been the exact same price for going on three years, possibly the only item I bought for the past three years that has not gone up in price or down in package size! One of the few extra-virgin olive oil’s tested at UC Berkeley that actually was 100% Virgin olive oil!

I am very pleased with this because this is actually olive oil. The chances of fakery, dilution, and fraud are really minute when you buy reputable, California grown oil.

Real olive oil

This is the best olive oil on the market. I use it almost daily for over 10 years. The flavor is light and doesn't flavor the food I cook in it.

A great olive oil for everyday use.  Walmart's price is great, making it affordable to me.  As long as the quality doesn't change, I will always purchase it here.

My favorite olive oil at a great price

I think this is some good olive oil but I don’t know how much polyphenols are in the olive oil. Polyphenols are important to our health. The more the better we receive nutrition which is vital to our health. The olive oil tastes great I would love to know the poly phenol levels.

Olive Oil California

I have been using California E.V.O. for a few years (5) now. Research shows this brand as one of the best quality oils on the market. Be careful which ones you choose. Some are not what they claim to be (questionable quality). Research,research,research!

E.V.O true quality is key!

The only reason I didn't give this olive oil  5 stars is because I don't know how long it has been from bottling to my kitchen.  I buy 100% California Olive Oil because I know it didn't take months after bottling to get here to the US from another country or continent.  Olive Oil loses its potency and flavor the longer it is bottled.

Olive Oil best if local

I love this olive oil but unhappy with the new plastic version of the bottle. The 1 star is for the switch to plastic. Ordered my usual glass-bottle version, but received plastic. Not a fan of plastic, or olive oil in plastic, so I returned it. The manufacturer website said they started offering it in plastic for customers who have trouble lifting a heavy glass bottle or who go through it very fast (because plastic doesn't keep it fresh as long as glass does). Hard to know  what will show up when you order since the website doesn't specify glass or plastic. Placed a new order with a different retailer, so waiting to see what shows up. If this is their new packaging I will switch brands.
