This dog kennel works great in the back of our pickup. We have a large male lab and it has plenty of room for him - in fact we have put another dog in with him a couple of times and it was plenty big. It seems adequately strong enough although our dog does not fight a cage. I was really surprised when the reflector cover stayed on at 80 mph. We are very happy with it so far. We did put a strap thru the bottom of it to secure it from moving around in the truck - just for added safety.

Just what we were looking for

This was the cheapest dog cage I could find for the size. We have a goldendoodle that is very tall and this cage is perfect for him. I think it was intended as an outdoor cage but we have it in our house. he has plenty of room to move around and sit straight up. I didn't think I'd like the pallet floor for him but I really dont mind it now.

Great price for size

Well, intent was to make a more livable space with new mom and her 10 pups as they grow, and need security and space to go in/out of this after out growing out of the whelping box and get them for their new puppy owners. Indeed the floor is light weight, and shipped right on schedule. The ONLY negative I have is that the container box and contents seemed to be stored in a damp warehouse. It was musty and slightly damp shipping box/package. But it is very cleanable with clorox and soap to rid of the smell. Overall, I am really please as this is easy cleaning, and would be great for future camping needs, and future puppy litters. I would recommend it to dog owners that need to secure their dogs for camping, or other outside events, or useful tool for puppy weaning. Very roomy for my Doberman Pinscher.

Just what I expected

I purchased this kennel for home use for my 2 terriers who like to be together when no one is home. I could not believe how easy it was to pop up. Two of us had it up & assembled without even using the directions in 2 minutes. I can do it alone but it takes a couple minutes more due to the size. It folds done easily and has handles to carry it. I think it's at bit bulky to carry but it is as compact as possible for it's size. I like it and it really would make a great kennel for camping and travel.

My dogs love it

This is a wonderful kennel for dogs that you are trying to keep safe between events or as a 'Home Away From Home' when camping or whatever. I bought it to keep my Newfee puppy in while I was away from home, he has managed to tear off some of the bars and bend one full side out. Not a good training kennel. If my pup was older and not trying to get out it would have been great for him.

Not too strong

I bought this portable kennel for my Shih Tzu dog to play in when my husband and I are at work or unable to take him out. There is plent of room for his bed, his food and water bowls, toys and a potty pad. The only thing I did not like this crate is that it is not easily carried. It has a wooden palet at the bottom and the sides and top of the crate fold down easily BUT it is hard to carry by just one person. Overall though it is a great buy and I could reccomend it to anyone.

Great for busy parents!

We used this kennel while on vacation to transport our two labs in the back of a pick-up. The dogs also slept in it at night. There was enough room for both 85 lb. dogs to be comfortable. It is easy to set up and take down. We used our own zip ties for added security when the kennel was left up that week.

good for travel

This travel kennel was a great purchase.We are actually using it for an outdoor dog house because we knew our dog would not go into a regular one. The kennel is a nice big size to accomadate our chocolate lab. So far it has held up in the rain and snow. The floor is like a wooden pallet but the wood is not thick at all so I'm waiting to see how long it will hold up.The metal the kennel is made of is a nice size, it's not to thin for outdoors.Kennel is very easy to put together and folds up suitcase style. The only thing I wasn't expecting because it is not visable in the picture online is that the door is not the length of the kennel. There is a fixed potion of kennel that the dog must step over to get in. Luckily we have a big dog and it's not a problem.
Overall this is a great alternative to a traditional dog house (but make sure you wrap it with something in the winter to keep wind out).

This crate works out perfect for my two dogs when I am not home. I also like the fact that we can collaspe it and take it on road trips with the family. Assembly process was very easy. My 13 yr old daughter assembled it quickly.

Safe and Secure

The only thing i dislike about this kennel is the floor...The boards were not nailed together that good..So my dog pulled them apart and chewed a hole in the carpet!!!
