I used to purchase Dole 5 lb bag of mixed fruit. After trying New World Farms Tropical Fruit Medley, the fruit mix is good but I prefer the larger size of Dole.

Why does Sam's Club quit carrying popular items?

I like the mix. Ironically, I can do without the strawberries because they are seedy. So, I make my shakes without them. I like that there are individual bags inside which makes it easier to make my shakes and not be completely wasteful.

Tropical fruit review

Good frozen fruit for smoothies, but I HATE bananas and the brand I previously bought did not have them.    Was a bit disappointed in this.

Nix the nannas

Weird tasting. Bought these because frozen strawberries out of stock and we love making smoothies. The papayas are awful and bland. There are also too many bananas

This brand was ok, but Sam's had a previous brand of mixed fruit that I enjoyed more.  I wasn't a fan of the bananas in the mix, and I like bananas.  It wasn't bad, just not my favorite.

No way is this as high quality as Dole mixed fruit that I previously purchased many times at Sam's for my daily yogurt smoothies. Bananas look nasty, brownish.vPlease bring back Dole mixed fruit!

Good mix, but bananas get very mushy after they thaw.

Tropical fruit?  Sweet?  No.  Freezer dried appearance on some fruit varieties.  Way too much banana slices and pieces.  Would not recommend to an enemy.

What's in the bag?

Hard to use for single servings and smells bad if thawed out

Not the best

I've eaten the Dole fruit mix for years.  I won't be buying this New World Farms mix again.  First cull the bananas, they turn to mush when thawed.  Then cull all the bad strawberries.  What is left is edible, but the papaya is overripe and the mango is underripe. A big disappointment.

Only buy 1 bag, you won't like it.
