At this resolution and size, it is much more obvious when I'm watching something that's older, but that's to be expected. I have a very bright living room with lots of windows, so the matte screen is perfect. Sound is also great...probably better than I've had on any of my TVs. Still figuring out all the bells and whistles, but love it so far.

The picture quality is outstanding — colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and brightness is incredible even in a well-lit room. The Neo QLED technology really makes a difference, especially when watching sports, movies, or high-definition streaming content.

A Cinematic Experience with the 75” Neo QLED QN90F

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the 50" QN90FD Neo QLED and I am blown away by the performance. Since it’s a Neo QLED with Mini-LEDs, the brightness levels are insane, and the black levels are much closer to OLED than I expected. It looks great even in my bright living room with the curtains open.
​Pros:
​Stunning Clarity: The 4K resolution combined with Samsung’s Neo Quantum Processor makes everything look sharp, even when upscaling older content.
​Gaming Features: As a gamer, the 144Hz refresh rate and HDMI 2.1 support are game-changers. My PS5 looks and feels incredibly smooth with no noticeable input lag.
​Design: The "Vision" aesthetic is very sleek with thin bezels, making it look like a premium piece of tech in the room.
​Contrast: The local dimming is excellent. You get deep blacks without the "blooming" effect you see on cheaper LED TVs.
​Cons:
​The Tizen smart interface can take a little while to get used to if you’re coming from Roku or Apple TV, but it’s very snappy once you learn it.
​Bottom Line:
If you are looking for a high-end, powerful TV but don't have the space for a massive 65" or 75" screen, this 50" QN90FD is arguably the best option on the market. Highly recommended!

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this picture! I purchased this TV when it was just released and I gotta say that it's so much better than my previous Samsung TV model. So much in fact that I'd like to replace the one in my bedroom with an 8K. This one has loads of features and the picture is fantastic! I've heard that the screens in the lesser models aren't that good but mine is the best 4K you can get. After having it for some time. I can definitely see why. I used to have a lot of difficulty watching TV during the day in my living room because it's so bright. The contrast is spot on and the colors look vibrant no matter what time it is. 
 This TV looks perfect in the brightest weather days. Motion rate is great and Playstation games are AMAZING on here too. I had a few issues with getting the Refresh right but that was more of a problem with my Xbox series X and not with the TV. Speakers were always something that was lacking on other models but this model sounds better than my soundbar from Bose and barely use it.

Worth every penny!

Amazing picture

I love the smart features and the apps. I would have given it 5 stars except the apps have started to load very slow or not at all. Sometimes it is easier just to use the 4k fire stick.

Great features and stunning picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this television in a very bright room. Overall, we have enjoyed it. The sound is above average. The brightness overall, has been good for this bright room, but we would be happier with something brighter. The angle viewing is great from anywhere in the room. The only thing I don't care for is it seems to be much smaller than any other 85 inch TV both from samsung, as well as other brands. As TVs now automatically scale down to fit programming, it's frustrating that you buy such a large television to have such substantial black borders on the top and bottom, and when this TV seems even smaller in measurement compared to other 85 in tvs, this is even more exaggerated.

Overall a very good TV

My only gripe with this television is that it randomly goes black for about a second. The number of times varies. At its worst it would black out once a minute or so. The only resolution is to completely unplug the television. That usually helps. However, at this price point, this shouldn't be happening. It's problematic when you're trying to watch television and it keeps blacking out.
