I have never purchased a mattress without seeing it in person so I was skeptical.  It arrived in a small box and I was even more skeptical.  We unpacked it and I thought I had made a huge mistake.  2 different guests sleeping total of 5 nights on it so far and I am now a believer.  It fully expanded within 48 hours and has had rave reviews from our guests.

I'm a believer

This is the third Night Therapy Mattress and Bed Frame set we have purchased.  Two king size and this twin size for grandson. Great comfort in all of them.  Would recommend highly to anyone looking for new mattress!  They are far more comfortable than my previous $2000. mattress. Price is great also!

My third purchase!

My husband wanted a plush mattress and I am a medium girl. My husband sleeps on all sides and I am a side sleeper. I often have shoulder pain and hip pain as a result, so I was looking for a mattress that would relieve the pressure but still be supportive. We were replacing a latex hybrid that we loved, but didn't want to pay $2k for the new mattress. First we tried a Serta Hybrid and while it felt comfortable when you first lay on it, we both were waking with pain and discomfort even after giving it a few weeks to get used to it. Sam's was great about letting us return it and so we decided to go with the Zinus green tea memory foam mattress. It is amazing!!! The first night we slept great and have ever since. It's so comfortable we sometimes fall asleep mid sentence. Really, it's that comfortable. We are both hot sleepers, but have not noticed any heat issued with this mattress after 4 weeks. I love it so much I want to replace all of the kids beds with one too.  The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it only expanded to 11 inches and not the full 12 inches described.

Like sleeping on a cloud!

Just like previous ratings the mattress didn't fully expand on 1 end.  Plus, it looked like it had speed bumps across it.  We turned it upside down for a couple of days and it helped but after a week it still hasn't completely expanded on 1 end.  We haven't slept on it but it's comfortable to lay on.

Dips on 1 end

This is my 3rd Zinus but my least favorite in terms of it retiring back to its regular height when you sit on it. I weigh 130 lbs and the thing goes from 12 to 4 inches thick when I sit on the site to help my son get dressed. Guess If you love soft pillowy mattresses you can't sit on this is perfect. I have the cool green tea mattress too which is much much more firm.

Can't beat the price

The mattress is great.  Initially a little too firm but I'm getting used to it.

A work in progress

Bought this on recommendation of it being eco friendly but after leaving it unwrapped for a few hours the smell was so strong I put it in a plastic bag an had to open doors an windows to get the smell out . It also caused a full blown asthma attack. I had to send it back

Foam mattress

Mattress is very firm. My problem is that it is slow to respond to movement. I change position and where I was is still dented. I have to hold myself to avoid falling back where I was. I went to get up in the night and it was really hard to get out of the mattress.

Not for me

We have 4 other Zinus mattresses that we love. We added a pillow topper to each and they are wonderful, especially considering the price point. This one, however, was not for us. It is very firm and did not expand to its full height. It got to about 10 inches. With time, that might have improved. This may be better for a family that prefers very firm mattresses. Sam's was very accommodating at scheduling a return. Their customer service was excellent.

Too firm

mattress arrived on time, I opened it within 24 hours of receiving, but my 12 inch mattress never expanded to more than 8 inches, 4 inches on the corners!  Cant comment on box springs since havent used. I have had a HORRIBLE "customer service " experience.  8 phone calls, 3 chats, no one returns emails, it's been almost 3 weeks of trying to return.  STAY AWAY!
