Bought this because it was a great price but didn't expect it to be as durable as it is. However,  we bought it and when we set it up, we were missing pieces.  We contacted customer service and they were easy to work with. They shipped them out asap. After that, super easy setup and great purchase. Although I wasnt happy about not getting all of the pieces,  I am ultimately happy that I purchased it. I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.

Well built and easy setup!

This is a very good trampoline. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly was time consuming but fun. I did have my 17 yr old son and 15 yr old son helping me put it together. Definitely not something you would want to do alone. The quality seems very nice and I think it is a great value for the money.

Nice Trampoline

The trampoline is very nice. A good size for my pre-teen granddaughters . It took about 4 hrs to put together.  The kids love it. Looks and feels very sturdy.

The perfect size

My kids saved up their money to purchase this trampoline. It arrived in two heavy boxes, one which was a little damaged so to the weight and carriers sliding it, but the product was not damaged. 

The kid's and I put it together in about 3 hours after careful reading of the instructions. It was a great project for my 10 & 12 year old and myself. It took patience and hard work, but they were proud of their work and purchase. 

Two weeks later there isn't a complaint yet!

Great fun!

Bought this for the grandbabies. They absolutely are in love with it. I loved the safety features of padding over springs,  surround netting, and zipper enclosure.  
What I didnt like..... instructions were horrible and hard to follow. Thank goodness there was someone helping else that put one together before.  Also, this is definitely a minimum 3 person job. But works alot better with 4 people. It doesn't come with a ladder or stakes for the legs. I'd rather have those than the later thingy. I've been looking for a ladder and have yet to find one for that brand. I may have to go to local hardware store and purchase a step ladder for this.
Other than that, my grandkids were super excited. And now the fun begins.

Alot of Safety features

It is somewhat complicated to assemble because the confusing instructions are not clear and the components are not identified. Very confusing and frustrating! Some sections had to be disassembled and reassembled. It takes AT LEAST 2, preferably 3 people to put this together. It took all afternoon, approximately 5-6 hours to put together. It certainly is a jigsaw puzzle. Do not attempt unless you have very good mechanical skills.
Once it was finally put together, it seemed sturdy and the kids had a blast!

Jumping for joy!

Looks good and works good.  Kids love it.
Wish the manufacturer made it a bit more assembly friendly.  They have shifted a lot of the assembly to the consumer and it takes more time than previous models.  This is our 3rd assembly in 4 years due to strong winds destroying the other 2, even when staked down!

Good looking Trampoline!

Overall good for the price. We live in Oklahoma and it gets pretty windy, the safety net is a finer weave and catches wind moreso than pther brands, however the top ring disconnects pretry easily and the whole safety net can be let down during high winds. The net takes a lot of work to connect at the base and isn't as sturdy and brands with a patented enclosure to bounce surface connection. It took 2 hours to assemble woth my husband. The kids love it.

Catches wind more in storms

I bought this for Christmas of course and thought it would be a good idea to have the electron game whatever it is for it to be a plus for the kids to have some extra to play on it and then I was going to get a basketball goal to add to it also but I can’t find a goal that goes with that brand and neither could they play with the electron game because the remote thing was broken when I opened the box it was in so basically I bought a plain trampoline instead of the extras the was suppose to be included but I do like the color and the quality of the material

Good quality material

Called the number on the brochure, and the missing parts are out of stock.  No guess as to when they might be available.  In the meantime, all available parts are unpacked and on the floor of the garage waiting for the missing parts to finish constructing this birthday present for our 4 year old great granddaughter.
