I used these flax seed to make hot /cold packs. The oil in the seeds holds the heat better than rice; last longer. The price is right also.
Like that the plastic jugs can be reused for food/pantry storage.

Very pleased with product. Contrary to the description, this product is not milled. As stated in title, and shown in picture, this is whole flaxseed. Very good product at a very good price.

It's whole flaxseed

Been using this flaxseed for several years and quite satisfied with quality and taste.  Talked to someone at the company that told me their processing of the seed makes storing possible without refrigeration.
