This pool is way easier to set up than I anticipated after reading reviews and the instructions. I did it by myself, no help. Only took a couple hours. Piece of cake. I don't know why there's so many reviews that say its difficult to set up, If you following the instructions word for word, this is an easy pool to deal with..

I am very happy with this pool. Much much better than intex pool for about the same money. It took two of us about 4 hours to setup start to finish. I would suggest having at least 3 people to do the setup or have silent friends (ladder, sawhorse, vacuum cleaner ) to help you steady the metal side while you install. Take your time and it will be great. This is definately something you don't want to rush.

Great pool for the money.

This pool is great. Was very easy to put up. My husband and I did it in about an hour. We had all ready leveled the ground while we waited for the pool to come in so it made our job much easier. By late afternoon we were swimming and having a great time.

Nice pool but set up was a pain make sure you follow directions carefully otherwise it will not work at all.

We can find no problems with this product. The only thing we would change is that the buyer is not made aware that they need sand or loamy dirt in order to place a buffer between the liner and the walls in order to prevent an air gap that could cause ripping or tearing of the liner. The drain port was not on the top as reported by another product review. They probably set it up upside down. The directions were not hard to follow. It does require 2 or more people to set up. Overall it is worth the money and time spent on it. We would recommend it to others wanting an inexpensive but worthwhile pool.

Heritage Pool

Be prepared to make a lot of preparations of where you will place your pool. We have a concrete patio pad, we placed a ton of sand on the patio pad, reinforced with 2x4's. Placed the pool on top of the sand and patio pad. "very sturdy" It took hours to put the pool together, you'll need two to three people helping set up the pool. The second day we put water in, took HOURS to fill but it's worth the wait. The pool met our expectations of room and just the right height of water. I can easily get a lounger and lay on that inside the pool or a swim ring/dough nut. The ladder stays securely in place and the filter works properly. The only thing that I thought came with the package is a pool cover, it does not. We will have hours of enjoyment.

Sun and Fun!

This pool was more flimsy than I expected. It takes four or five people to set it up to avoid the "solid wall" from folding over and permanently denting the aluminum. The top and bottom rails were very difficult to fit especially after putting the plastic edging on. The included ladder only holds 150 pounds and wobbles. Almost impossible to set-up according to the directions. Improvise! Once up, the skimmer works very well. No store carries the replacement filter cartridges. You have to order them. The pool is a hit with the grandkids.

Good design for leafy yards

it is a pain to put up, the instructions aren't very clear, and it was not what i was expecting. i thought i was buying something different and more sturdy. i thought it was very flimsy and it takes more than one person to put it together. the drain hole is at the top of it, therefore i had to use buckets to get the water out.

swimming pool

I'm sorry, we were so excited to get this pool only to have more then 3 people try to put the pool up. It is extremely hard and impossible. You have to hire a professional to do this. I am going to return this item to get another pool that may be alot easier to handle.

The pool arrived damaged, fortunately, because it required three men and a boy to assemble, plus over a ton of sand -- which was not mentioned in the advertisement. The assembly instructions were written with a few short sentences that didn't seem to relate to anything in the package, and the illustrations were scant and equally confounding. Assembling the bottom ring requires the exact circumference of the wall lining and must be perfectly round. If you are a master of Chinese puzzles and have the patience of Job, the strength of Hercules, lots of time, and love cheap junk, this is the pool for you!
