The Soil Machine PRO is a 7-cubic foot compost tumbler with a wheeled base. Handles provide excellent grip to make turning even easier compared to other models and crank versions. My wife wanted a composter, and after a reasonable amount of research on the pros & cons of various models & designs, I chose this one.  This was about the size we needed and so far we are very pleased,  It checks the boxes we determined were most important to us. The majority of rotating 7+/- cu ft. bins I reviewed were on a stand, which arguably makes it easier to load, but is not as stable as this one. There are several models offered by Good Ideas, and I found little difference between this one & the Wizard, Jr. The units are offered by dozens of retailers & Garden Centers, but Sam's had the best price by far.

Compost

Out of the box set up. No tools needed. Easy.
Make sure to note dimensions. A little smaller than I thought but by no means a deal breaker.
Rotates easy.
Product is composting well. Again read the instructions as to the mix  of composting materials to add.
Construction seems to be adequate for  its purpose....time will tell.
Compost tea collector is an added   benefit.

Composting tumbler

Seems very good, after 2 weeks no complaints.  The top goes on well, just have to make sure it's flat and centered before turning.  No mulch yet, still too early.  Would recommend.

just implemented so to state the product is durable is premature. The design is great for the space I have and easy to use - minimal setup

compost tumbler

It appears to work as expected, however I've only had it for about a month. The result of its composting ability is yet to be seen. It is advertised to be an ongoing process by continuing to add material, turning it when material is added.
The instructions say to fill the composer to 1/2 to 2/3 full and let the material compost for a few months turning it once a week until the material is composted.
Maintaining the balance of green and and brown material Is a guessing game at best. My expectations are high. Updates are available upon request.

Soil Machine Pro

I've had the for-a while.   Waiting to see if or when will it break down to soil/compost.  Nothing after years of trying.  Now it is just a fixture in my garden!
