It arrived sooner than expected. Pieces were cut and drilled very accurately. Some pieces had splits in them  . Anyone who works with wood knows that happens. The company will promptly send replacement parts, but keep your receipt. I elected to glue the 3 split pieces. You are advised by the instructions to coat the wood with sealer. I sealed the wood prior to assembly.  
That took awhile and 2 gallons of wood sealer. The bilt assembly app is awesome. I recommend this product, but be prepared for some major assembly time

Prompt service

Expected a little more for an $800 investment.  Hardware is adequate, but the majority of the pre-cut boards are 1x4 and 1x6 slats that will probably not hold up more than a couple years.  A lot of the boards were warped or cracked and will need to be replaced even sooner.  This is a small play set that we purchased for our grandson's 2nd birthday.  We expect he will outgrow it before he's 5, so the long-term durability is not really that big of an issue.  Don't buy this thinking you will get years of use by several kids unless you plan to rebuild and replace the framing.  Also, the overhead cross beam above the swings is only 7 feet off the ground, so the kids can't really swing very high like they can at the local neighborhood parks.

Quality of Lumber was Disappointing

I have had this for a few weeks and it's very weak.  I would not recommend for large kids. Had to purchase new anchors to stabilize the structure. The plastic ones it comes with are not strong enough. I'm not impressed

Not for big kids

I am so disappointed!  We bought this set with installation for our granddaughter. It was installed last Thursday aim time for my granddaughter's birthday party on Saturday!  When I looked at it before the party Saturday I was shocked at how the wood was cracked and splintered. I reached out to customer service via chat and I was told I would receive an email telling me where to send photos.  That was Monday...no email yet!

Poor quality

This looked good on the pictures before I bought it but once we built it and the kiddos started using it, it isn't holding up well and isn't solid at all. The main beams should be bigger and heavier.

Poor structure

I bought this a month ago and there was broken pieces in the box, the wood is extremely cheap. I wrote the company and they just wanted to send a whole new swingset after we had it already up. I don't recommend this product if u expect it to last a long time

Cheap

Chinese cedar apparently isn't as thick  and sturdy as American cedar, it sounds like it's going to crack and break every time the kids swing and my oldest is 6. All the boards are thinner than expected for the swing set's size. Only time will tell but hopefully it will last longer than a year.

Poor wood quality

Very low grade material was use in the making of this set. There are many, many, many pieces involved with this and because I didn't know of someone to put it together it cost me the same amount of money for someone to put it together as I paid for the object. I do not like this set it is very poorly manufactured and it should not be allowed for sale for children.  I worry for my grandchildren's safety.

horrible product.

This was not at all what I expected.  It is so small the ages should be up to age 5, not 10.  The quality if the wood is poor.  I am just  disappointed altogether.

Poor Quality and Small

Its not sturdy, poor quality wood. Thin and if the installers make a mistake its hard working around it.. My playset broke the next day after install.  GoConfigure and Sams club, im sorry but I wouldnt sell these anymore.
