These were a Christmas gift from my husband and they are beautiful but the 2 times I've worn them they turned my ears green. I have never experienced this with any color of gold jewelry. Not sure if I can still exchange these.

Pretty

Too small and its taking a very long time for RMA

Just purchased these last October and the clasp on one of the earrings has broken off. Absolutely, poorly made. Thankful,  I was able to revive a refund, because it has been less than a year since purchasing them.

Poorly Made

Earrings arrived damaged. The clasp on one earring is bent so won't open. I called customer service who was supposed to contact vendor, Aurafin, because Sam's Club cannot return them. No response. I called Sam's Club a second time. It's been 5 days. Absolutely no response from the vendor. With tax, I paid $145 for these earrings that I cannot wear. I am not made out of money and this was an extravagant purchase for me. I am so disappointed in Sam's Club and in these earrings.I just want my money back at this point.

Arrived damaged. Vendor does not respond.
