I really like the bigger carafe, the adjustable brew strength and cleaning features, even tho I haven't cleaned it yet.

I didn't notice any “plastic taste” like another reviewer mentioned but I also ran 3 full tanks of water thru it before brewing my first pot of coffee, which I always do when I get a new coffee pot.

And as for the loud beep another reviewer talked about, it beeps once when you start it, once when it's done brewing and once when it shuts off. And I found it to be somewhat loud but certainly not obnoxiously loud.

I do find the heating plate to be hotter than most.

Overall I really like this coffee pot!!

Perfect for my home. I love the sleek look. It goes perfect with my stainless steel appliances. It is not loud it is not bulky, and makes great coffee really fast. Super easy to use I love that it is programmable.

Perfect for my home

Tho we've only used it twice so far, we love it!  This coffee maker is a great deal for the money.  We bought it for an office setting with 20+ people, so the 14-cup maker was a plus.  Some of the features are nice too --- you can adjust the strength of the coffee; and after you brew a pot there's a "keep warm" button so the coffee doesn't taste 'old'.  Very user friendly too!  Am thinking of buying one for home too.

Great coffee machine!

I'm really liking this coffee maker.  It has a large carafe,  can keep the coffee warm up to 4 hours, setting to automatically brew, and a strength setting.  Really simple to set up.

This coffeemaker has a lot of options! Love how stylish it looks and works like a dream. 14 cuppers are hard to find with all this!

This is a Good coffee maker that is easy to use.

Overall a Good pot; timer is only 3.5 hours but turning it on again works. Pot does NOT dribble when pouring. Adjustable brew strength saves on coffee.

The reason for purchasing this was because it was a 14 cup.  It does a good job.

I broke the glass pot and couldn't replace unless I brought the whole coffee maker, the pot cost the same on line

Replacement

Worked great until it started taking longer and longer to brew a pot and then it quit brewing at all. Took it apart and found the check valve for the pickup tube was inside the tube and can move. It had worked it's way down the tube to the point it wasn't stopping the water from going back into the reservoir. Poor design but a simple fix if you know what to look for.
