I have been viewing this 85" Samsung NEO QLED for about 3 weeks now and am very happy so far. The picture is unbelievable. I am not totally satisfied with the Bluetooth connection to my hearing aids, it keeps cutting out, and the speakers in this unit leave a lot to be desired.

Excellent delivery

Very bright TV, beautiful colors and easy to setup! If you can get this for under $2K, it's hard to pass up, especially with the Sams's Club warranty.  Delivery was done timely and well.

A good choice...

It's a smart tv.  I did not want a smart tv, so it took a bit of effort to understand how to dumb it down a bit.  Excellent picture.  I really needed the brightest image possible as the room it's in has a ton of windows and sunlight.  This tv is BRIGHT!  I am extremely happy with the TV's performance and also the sale price I got it for.

I'm very happy with the product but the delivery was two weeks later than promised.

Poor Delivery

Still waiting for my delivery as well.  Ive noticed that others have had the same complaint.  Someone higher up in Sams should look into this.  The delivery appears to change frequently.

Not sure about the delivery!

TV was refused upon delivery due to damage.  Hole in back of TV.  AIT logistics forged our signature stating it was delivered.  Reported issue to Sams Club about the forgery and damaged TV.  No help resolving issue since tracking online showed delivered.  Treated as if we were lying. Days later delivery company updated tracking as refused after pictures sent of damage.  Refund granted by sams club. Delivery company changed tracking back to delivered couple of days later. Major integrity and service issues with who Sams Club hired to deliver to our home.  Fraud report filed with FTC.

Avoid delivery

After waiting 2 weeks for shipping, first TV was received with a damaged box, the TV was bent and the screen was cracked, upon receiving the second tv another 2 weeks later, the box was damaged and the tv screen was damaged and scrambled. i have waited a week for this item to be picked up and my money returned. There was a wait of over 35 minutes on each of my calls to Sam's club for a resolution.

Received TV cracked and broken....twice

Tv quit working after 4 days.  No repair available.under Samsung warranty. Never received extended warranty email from Allstate. Dealing with Samsung trying to get refund was difficult and at this point still unsuccessful.  Hopefully going through Sam's club customer service will work.
