Fantastic value for the money!

It was unbeatable at this price, much worse TVs were selling for more. Good clarity and brightness easy to mount. Google operating system is superior to Roku

Well worth the money.  Set up somewhat complicated for an old man but I managed.  Great picture and price.

More BANG for the buck!

The TV worked well for the first four months, but then the display started showing green bars moving up and down unexpectedly. I contacted customer service to address the issue, but the experience was disappointing. I was told that the display must have been damaged by me, which voided the warranty, even though the TV is wall mounted and I handled the TV carefully and it had no visible damage.

The lack of support and refusal to honor the warranty were frustrating, especially given the cost of $300. I would not recommend this TV based on my experience. Improved customer service and clearer warranty policies would go a long way toward addressing such issues.
