Pepperidge Farm makes good tasting bread. stays fresh too although I do freeze one or two loaves and they thaw out just fine, fair price too. less expensive than Publix.

Pretty good bread.  It's a bit thick and "beefy", which I like.  I don't like bread that tears apart easy when you spread some butter.  The taste was good, the price was fair, i wouldn't say a great value, but not expensive either.  Good texture, not too dry, nice chewiness.  Overall, i say good brand and type of sliced bread.  Made a great sandwich, and toast.

Thick, nice texture, decent price!

I’m homeless and recently I picked up a few loaves of this bread at my local food shelf and fell in love. By far the best store bought bread I’ve ever eaten. Definitely worth the price. It’s even says “Fresh from the oven taste!” on the packaging lol

Worth the extra dollar i promise

The only complaint I have is the fact you can never get it from the Ponchatoula Walmart. This is one of the many items they can’t seem to keep stocked. Please look into management to see why this store is out of basic items continuously Most residents have just given up on any improvements.

Bread is GREAT

I use this hard salami for quick simple sandwiches; ketchup/Italian bread. I also use it to make calzone and pizza. This bread is slightly higher in price when compared to budget brands, but the quality, flavor  and shelf-life make it worth the extra expense in my opinion…

Versatile and very flavorful Salami

Amazing for toast. Simple, buttered toast is one of my favorite comfort foods. This bread is excellent for toast because it's soft and almost 'buttery' in texture. It gets crisp %26 golden pretty quickly in the toaster oven and it makes for great toasted sandwich bread, too! ...I can't say how well it tastes as avocado toast because I guess I'm not in the generation that knows all about avocado toast. I don't think I've ever had avocado when it wasn't on a sandwich or in a salad or burrito! XD I'm positive this bread would be delicious with a BLTA sandwich, however! XD

The slices of Pepperidge Farm bread are great untoasted, too. They make for nice, soft pb %26 j sandwiches. My toddler loves the soft, plush bread!

I love this bread I like the size of it too. I feel like I've eaten something when I eat a sandwich with this bread thank you.

This bread will make you the grilled cheese of your dreams. Perfect thickness and texture. Amazing taste. 2 slices of American cheese and boom! Please add a side of chips and a pickle sliced into quarters, takes me back to the childhood meal I loved.

I used to buy the Hearty White all the time for it's taste. Now it doesn't taste good to me at all. Either my taste buds have changed, or they have changed their ingredients and,/or recipe . Sorry to say.

This bread is a pretty high-quality but it is surprisingly sweet. It's fine for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but too sweet for a sandwich with deli meat. I will not re-purchase.
