More cars are moving to a higher performance battery such as the AGM battery. The Duracell® AGM Automotive Battery is made to handle extreme weather like no ordinary battery can. Use it in SUVs, LTVs, APVs or any car that requires an AGM battery. What Is an AGM Battery? Absorbed glass mat, or AGM, battery design allows the electrolyte to wick between the battery plates. There is only enough electrolyte liquid in the battery to keep the glass mat moist. If for some reason the battery cracks, there is not enough liquid to leak out of the casing. Can You Recharge Duracell AGM Automotive Battery? The Duracell battery is a fully rechargeable battery. Before recharging, pay attention to the charger type you need to use. Different battery sizes require different chargers. Never leave the battery connected to the vehicle when charging. It is best to remove the AGM battery entirely from the car before joining to the charger. Charge time varies per charger so check the manufacturer's instructions. You do not want to overcharge the battery. Only charge in a well-ventilated area. Note that this is not a deep cycle battery appropriate for marine use. How Do You Maintain Duracell Battery? The battery was half the price of the exact battery recommended by my dealership, including installation and disposal of the old battery.

Saving money on a new battery is a win-win!

Well, ask again in three years, maybe I will have some comment by then LOL.
I drove up, a very personable employee got me checked in and poof! before I knew it, it was done, in and out! I was happy about that!

Excellent service

The AGM battery series is probably the best lead acid battery you can buy, it packs a lot of power and is completely maintenance free. I use two of these in my Diesel pickup and they work very well.

Good battery specs for a good price

The battery was fresh and fit correctly. The biggest issue was Sam's club failing to have a system to get help from staff. A "QR" CODE scan card was at the service desk to provide service. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I DO NOT SCAN QR CODES AS YOU DO NOTKNOW WHAT IT CONTAINS AND THE FBI HAS WARNED THAT FALSE QRCODES WITH MALICIOUS LINKS OR CODE ARE A PRACTICE TO GET INTO YOUR PHONE. Sam's please provide a better plan than a QR code. A phone number, a button to push but stop making it hard and potentially unsafe.

Getting help at service desk.

Too expensive for the longevity.  Rated for 36 months, failed in 38.  planned obsolescence is working out well for the manufacturers and the retailers, but we are not getting our value. Another way to look at this is that it costs about $10.00 per month to start your vehicle.

We deserve bettter.
