Very nice

We finally received our MM Fremont Patio Dining Set, overall I'm extremely happy with the quality of the set. It came with the 4 stationary chairs fully assembled and there was minimal assembly needed for the swivel chairs and the table. Feels like solid, heavy duty construction, doesn't feel lightweight and cheap. All chairs are VERY comfortable and the swivel chairs have the perfect amount of rock to them. The 4 stationary chairs can also stack on each other which will be a plus when it comes to storing in the winter! 
We have it outside with midwest weather, so we will see how it holds up to the elements or how quickly the chairs will dry after it rains. It's currently about 85 degrees and mostly sunny and the table does get a little hot to the touch, but not bad. The outer frame of the table and the chair frames don't get that hot, the chair seats were a tad hot for a second when I sat down but they instantly cooled off. The inner boards of the table are a different material (composite?) and do get rather hot in the sun though. Curious to see how quickly those boards cool down when we put the shade umbrella up. 

Only other negative was the delivery experience. I got it nearly 3 weeks AFTER the ETA and that was after many phone calls, chats, emails, etc with both SC and the freight company. This was not Sam's Club's fault, but the local end of the freight company. They never called to set up delivery appointment and there was no phone # given to make an appointment, and it was sitting at my local delivery warehouse for WEEKS.

Beautiful set!

I ordered this set and so happy I did !!! Delivered on time. Super easy to assemble. The woven, built in quick dry memory foam cushions are ideal for screen porch and I do not have to worry if any one sits in the chairs with a wet swim suit.

Great outdoor furniture

I fought the freight company for weeks to get my order (no fault of Sam’s Club, they sent to shipper quickly).    Once it was put together and we were using it.. thought it was great!   Then, someone almost tipped a tiki torch over and the oil spilled on the top ruining the finish.   It took the wood graining off too!  Have no idea how to fix this!  Patio tables should be able to withstand the elements and something used daily with patio furniture.   This is my first patio set that is not durable enough for normal wear and tear!

disappointed!

I ordered these cause they looked really nice and they say they are rust resistant.  After receiving one chair started dripping rust on my patio after first rain. I contacted Sam’s and they sent me a new upper chair of the swivel chair. I replaced the upper and about a month later the replacement chair is dripping a deep yellow mustard looking water from the upper chair starting to rust again. I’m very disappointed in the fact we really like this table and chair set but the fact they are rusting this quick makes me really concerned.  The rust will eventually put deep rust stains in my stamped patio and I can’t have that. Wish was made rust resistant like they said.  Buy with caution
