I bought this for my coffee business to put ice & milk & whipped cream for our iced coffee blended drinks at the Farmers Market & keeps it cold the entire time.

Great cooler

This is a good cooler for the price.  The handle does stick a lot as you go up and down with it.  You have to really work to get the handle to go down.

The handles will not slide up and down. Takes two people to get them down so the lid will open all the way.

I bought this cooler a month ago for events and the handle never stays locked when pushing the cooler forward to position it. When pulling the cooler the handle is great. Just would have expected more.

Don't like the handle

Handle is too short and retracts too easily. Wheels are too small making it difficult wheeling over grass, gravel etc. Color is nice and the cooler functions well but the flimsey wheels and handle hardware leave much to be desired. Purchased 2 of them in school colors as a donation to take water for a high school marching band. Dissapointed overall...

Dissapointed in handle & wheel quality...

i PURCHASED THIS TO REPLACE AN IGLOO COOLER WE HAD FOR 15 YEARS.  THE OLD ONE - THE LATCH FINALLY GAVE AWAY.

THIS NEW COOLER IS POORLY CONSTRUCTED.  IF YOU PULL UP THE HANDLE, IT WILL NOT RETRACT CORRECTLY.  ONE SIDE IS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER, THE SECTIONS GET CAUGHT IN THE PLASTIC RUNNER AND PREVENT IT FROM MOVING.  THE COOLER, WITH SEVERAL ICE PACKS, DID NOT KEEP THE FOOD COLD.  COOL - YES, BUT NOT AS COLD AS MY OLD ONE.  

THE LID SORT OF LAYS SHUT.  IT IS VERY EASY TO POP OPEN OR THINK IT IS CLOSED, AND IT POPS OPEN LATER ON BY ITSELF.

I WOULD NOT EVEN WANT TO WIN ONE FOR FREE.

I HAVE USED 2X AND REALLY WANT TO RETURN IT.

POOR CONSTRUCTION

0/10 - Did not keep ice for even a single day - I had to buy a new bag of ice every day of a 2-week camping trip. I will be returning this item at my earliest convenience

DO NOT BUY THIS

It should not even be called a cooler.
It has one job to do and it couldn’t even do it. The ice was already melting a few hours in.

Terrible; ice melts a couple hours in.

I bought this cooler expecting ease-of-use and 4 days worth of keeping ice, like advertised. A 20lb bag of ice lasted in this cooler for 3 hours. The lid was completely closed, the cooler was not overstocked. The temperature outside was only in the lower 80s. The cooler was completely in the shade at all times. I'm surprised as Igloo is known for being a good brand. This cooler was a complete waste of my time and money and ruined food kept in containers. Stay clear of this item.
