Great for busy cooks and hearty family meals. Cooking this chicken from the frozen state is easy you can cook it in the oven or on the grill.

Jamaican BBQ Grilled Chicken Breasts Recipe

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Total Time: 1 hour 25 mins
  • Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 4 Member’s Mark Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • ½ cup Sweet BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl until blended
  2. Position chicken in a shallow dish. Pour half the barbecue sauce mixture over the chicken, turning to evenly coat boat sides of each breast. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Heat grill to medium heat.  Remove chicken from marinade and discard any marinade leftover in the dish.
  4. Grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Brush chicken with half of the remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Grill for 2 minutes or until chicken is done (reaches 170°F). Brush the remaining barbecue sauce mixture over the chicken and remove it from grill.
  5. Garnish and enjoy!

Great chicken too bad it’s undergone 50% inflation

I love it, but really disappointed that the price went up 50%. The price used to be $20 for 10 pounds and now it’s $30. Did your cost really go up 50%?

Sams used to sell chicken breasts that were individually sealed in a 7 lb bag quantity. Wish that option would come back, these ice coated breasts still get freezer burn

Frozen Chicken Breasts

These chicken breasts are, like most frozen chicken breasts, are injected with a water solution. This increases the package weight while decreasing the amount of chicken in the bag. Sure, it's a convenience product, but the extra work to use them consistently in cooking makes it less convenient.
