I’m not on Keto but I do eat low carb for keeping my blood sugar in check.  This bread with its hi fiber and low carb does exactly that.  It’s nice to have a piece of bread when I want a sandwich or toast without the worry of a blood sugar spike.

This keto bread is okay, priced sort of high but when you want bread but don’t want all the carbs, this works.

My husband is diabetic and can rarely find bread that is "OK" for him to eat.  Not only does this require little to no insulin shot, but it tastes good too!!  The whole family likes this bread too.

Finally, a bread my diabetic husband can eat.

This bread has a nice texture. The slices are thinner than regular bread, but they hold up very well while spreading butter or peanut butter on them. I am very sensitive to carbohydrates and sugars so it’s important for me that a keto bread not affect my blood sugar. This bread does not affect my blood sugar. I eat it every day. Excellent product.

Decent bread but like all "different from real life" breads, it has a kind of spongy to it that makes it not a five star loaf

If you are low carb/keto and love your bread this is a good alternative. While it's good to stay on track with a low carb life, the ingredient list in this bread is crazy long and so many of the ingredients aren't healthy. Don't be fooled, it's not a healthy option as far as bread goes, it's just that they made it low carb.

Tested on my CGM ( Continuous glucose monitor), identical portion and type of breakfast ( fasted stomach), one with 2 pieces of "Keto bread", and another with a spinach wrap ( 3 boiled eggs, then PB sandwich). 

I waited 4 more hours, and tested the sandwich alone, with the same results. 

If you're after a Keto friendly food, or care about your glucose level, skip this garbage
