Have not set it up yet but felt like I won the lottery when after several days of checking the app the pool was back in stock online! The ordering process, delivery set up process, and actual delivery of the 2 big boxes went very smoothly. Can't wait to use it this summer!

Lucky to have found it

Great Pool for a great price! Our son and 2 grandsons put it up and a very short time, they have one so they already knew the 'ropes', we got to observe.  Seriously, if you prepare the area first, try to make sure it is level and I really recommend a sand base and then we put down some old carpet underneath for liner as our area had some pebbles in it.  Then the pool base liner goes down, the pool liner is all one piece...the inside and outside is one piece and it is well made!  Lay it out and then start with the poles. It goes together nicely.  Within an hour or so your pool is up, put the hose in and in about 2 days we had a pool ready to swim in.  LOVE IT!  GREAT DEAL!

SUPER POOL< SUPER PRICE!

This was the pool size we were aiming for to put in our back yard.  This design is so easy to put together.  Quality seems to be pretty good too!  Comes with everything you need to put together.

Note; We had this pool shipped to our home the boxes where beat up, but showed up with all parts in tact.  Shipper needs to do a better job with packaging - pallet or crate.

Nice pool at a great price!

I can only rate by what others rated as I will not set the pool up until late April. It's 11 degrees here today. The pool arrived early the only issue I have is one corner on the bottom was torn. I do not anticipate any issues but from what I read in other ratings The company will stand behind the pool if any issue's arise at set up at the later date. Looks like a great pool and a great price.

Not set up yet

At the current price point, it's a pretty good buy. It comes with a lot of supplies needed to get started. We've had it up a week and my kids have thoroughly enjoyed it. Set up wasn't too difficult. It would have been easier if the instructions were better. The instructions are absolutely horrible... and spread out (it came with 4-5 booklets). The ladder has a little rust on it already (again, only up for a week) and the cover is a complete waste of plastic. We've never had an above ground pool before, so I don't know if the cover is typical. However, 5 of us tried putting it on and couldn't get it to stay. We just threw the cover in the recycling bin and hope it gets created into something more useful. Even with all the cons, overall it's a good buy.

Pretty good for the price

Great pool I love how big and deep it is you can swim around almost like a inground pool. Only issue I have had is the motor is not big enough to keep the pool clean and I had to buy a bigger one and modify it so I could get enough water flow to keep it blue in the summer.

User experience

I am only doing four stars but will come back and review once we set up the pool. We were happy to find an inexpensive pool to replace our other pool; since the pandemic it has been difficult finding any pools in stock.  Had a little snag with delivery, only received one box, but Sams Club made it right immediately and picked up the one box and shipped a replacement- that right there is five stars. Reading other reviews not concerned about set up, it's like any other of these pools you purchase. Would recommend.

Great price for a pool

The boxes came damaged and the hoses etc were falling out. I think they need to rethink their packaging because the box they pack it in is way too heavy and rips open. There was a pin hole sized hole in the side we noticed when we started filling it up, we used flex tape on the inside and outside and it's been holding. We upgraded our pool and got a saltwater pump instead. There were no directions included. It's pretty easy setting up but easier with two people. Make sure you get all the wrinkles out of the bottom of your pool before filling it up or creeper cleaner will get stuck. All around the pool is doing its job and it was a killer price!

Good pool great price

Idk why but we put this pool up and we can't fill it up it leaks out the big filter hole bad I can't fill the pool up because of it there was no extra parts to go there when I received my pool boxes they were busted open so it's possible It could be missing items idk??but filter hose pops off too and leaks along with the pool hole the big one not the smaller ones I got those set up to the filter too? But I need some help? Or new filter parts

Pool Review

DO NOT BUY! Installation instructions are useless! A couple pictures, Not even of the pool that is purchased. Hoses and clamps are junk, several broke trying to fasten them. Had to go buy new hose clamps. Will be lucky if the hoses last one season! Hoses pop out of side of pool, not secure fit! Water flooded out! Have to string up hoses to relieve weight and secure hoses hang them off the side of pool with the rope! Still leaks around connections as again, hoses and fittings are junk! LOST 1/3 Of the water in my pool! And NO DIRECTIONS For installing and connecting pump! DOESNT work as it says! Had to remove lid where filter is as it wasnt relieving air pressure to hoses and AGAIN MAJOR FLOOD!!!! We were soaked! Couldn't get lid back on…. Was on the phone with a Sams Club store manager had him on speaker, I was freaking out! Tennis shoes completely soaked water running everywhere. He said he had no idea what to do, as he got online and saw the same useless directions as I had!!! He asked if I contacted the company and I said all you get is a recording!!!!! AND they tell you to EMAIL THEM AND THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 2 DAYS!!!!!  WHAT GOOD IS EMAILING THEM WHILE YOU HAVE 3-4 THOUSAND GALLONS OF WATERING FLOODING YOUR YARD??????? The store manager again got online said he saw the same thing about the form and emailing them and they will call you in 2 days!!! He said let me dig deeper… he came up with a phone number… I called it and they said ON AN AUTOMATED RECORDING FILL OUT OUR FORM BY EMAIL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN 2 DAYS!!! When I FINALLY GOT THE FLOOD STOPPED, I emailed them….. their form to call me, THAT WAS 2 1/2 WEEKS AGO!!!!!! STILL NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY!!!! This is the FIRST AND LAST SUMMER FOR THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!
