[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this TV for a week and I am quite impressed by it. First and foremost the video quality is amazing. The 4K video really differentiates the viewing experience. Of course, much depends on the steaming services as well, but some best quality videos I have seen are from 4K youtube videos. Even some netflix shows have come close to the quality although I believe they are not 4K. The built-in Roku system makes this an all-in-one device as well. Most of the popular streaming services and channels are included so no need for another console or remote systems. The remote and navigation features are really intuitive. Roku's phone application is also a great plus. The app includes remote and has even better usability features like phone keyboard typing.
                    Setting the TV up was super easy as well. The TV stand is minimally designed and easy to attach. Really happy with the product and highly recommended!

The picture was crystal clear the sound was a little low at first but when it loaded up it was amazing it loaded exceptionally fast. It was super easy to operate just the best by far. I absolutely loved the roku button all of my favorite apps and channels at my fingertips.I have already recommended it to my family and friends

Excellent features

We bought this TV because we love Roku. We tried the fire stick and just like the Roku interface so much better. The Philips TV we bought has a great picture and is very easy to use. We also love that having the Roku integrated into the TV means one less remote. Everything is all in one! We are extremely happy with it!

Great TV all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving the Philips 50" Class Roku Smart TV. The picture quality is amazing and of course, the Roku features are the best. Set up was a breeze, the TV will walk you through the basics and then you go to your computer or other devices to set up your Roku account and it walks you through the rest. You set up who your cable provider is and it will make suggestions on both free and paid apps. There are a TON of free apps! Set up to wifi and our cable remote was the same. We use this TV in our family room where our family gathers most often. We like to be able to connect our mobile devices to show videos we have taken. We also like to watch youtube and with the Roku Smart features these are just a few simple steps to cast from your phone to the TV. There are also apps to watch them right there. We like to use our phone because it is much easier to search. We have 2 other Roku TVs so we are very familiar with them, this one has the best picture quality so far. The only thing we don't care for s the Roku remote and have yet to figure out how to prevent from having to use both remotes when turning on the TV and getting to where we want to be. The remote does not have numbers or anything it is very basic.
                    Overall this is an amazing tv and the Roku feature is our favorite. We could just about get rid of paying for cable service with all that comes with having a Roku TV.

Beautiful Picture

This TV was an upgrade from an older plasma TV set. While the picture quality is not the same as the plasma set, this TV weighs 1/4 of the weight, and offers a larger image size, which makes it perfect for watching movies.
                    The Roku interface is intuitive, and offers countless choices of things to watch. We have discovered some old time favorites in the free channels, and the limited commercials are easy to put up wih.

We do a lot of streaming and also have satellite plus the gaming console so we were able to connect everything to the tv. It comes with a free Roku Mobile App for use on your iOS or Android. The picture is clear and sharp and the images are very vibrant. It's very user friendly so once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze. Make sure to read the instructions thoroughly to make connecting easy. Philips you outdid yourself with the Philips 50 Class Roku Smart 4k UHD LED HDTV w HDR and I love it!!!

Excellent Product

I had this TV for 98 days & now it's glitching pink lines from the middle part on down.  I am highly upset because it's past the 90 days, AND I threw the box away, so Sams Club said I can't return it. After 90 days, you have to go through a warranty, and that is a process. They take your information down and will call you back in 5-7 days and let you know if a service tech is in your area. For 1 who wants to go minimum 7 days without your TV & who wants to have a BRAND new TV repaired. Keep Searching and Donot Buy Regardless of the reasonable price and reviews talking about its a great tv. Lies! I am going back to SAMSUNG. I had that TV for greater than 12 years.
