Design Flaw - breeze causes burners to malfunction
Something is systematically wrong with the design. The burners will start sounding like a flamethrower at the smallest gust or even when you open the lid too quickly at times. You have to turn them off then back on to get them to burn cleanly, then it happens again. This is a rampant problem you can find all over the internet with this grill or in the Napoleon Grill subreddit. Really disappointed.
