I used this both dried in a recipe, following the measurement instructions, and reconstituted as a garnish.  There is so little flavor that it was detrimental to both dishes. Nothing beats fresh, but I expected this to be much better than it is.  Very disappointed.

Save your money. It is not potent at all in terms of flavor or aroma.

Doesn’t taste smell or taste like cilantro, I wouldn’t give a star at all. Waste of money not a good substitute might as well buy the real thing.
