So glad Sam’s has grass fed grass finished chicken.  The meal we cooked with this was so flavorful.  I will be buying again.

I really like dark meat because it's not so dry plus not having to deal with the skin has it's pros & cons: the skin is awesome crispy & lots of flavor. No skin means I don't need to check for feathers... That being said - I like skin on my chicken. I'd rather deal with a few odd feathers & get more crispy flavor.

We could tell the difference in this good quality organic meat over garbage meat frozen bags of similar from grocery outlet. It is pricy but I'll separate down into 3 meals. We really enjoyed this chicken.

Worth it

This chicken is great, never have any issues! Love that it is air-chilled! I just wish that Sam's  would carry the same brand but bone-in/ skin-on thighs. I have to make a separate trip to a different grocery store to pick up air-chilled bone-in thighs. I buy all of the Rosie chicken products, so please carry more.

Fatty chicken

Well, I thought by buying organic chicken, I'd be getting a really great deal, so I purchased two packages.  Unfortunately, there was so much fat on the boneless skinless organic chicken thighs, something I hadn't noticed when I picked up the two packages.

I decided to air fry it as I didn't want too much grease since I'm on a diet. When it was finished, I thought it smelled kinda odd.  I took a bite or two and noticed that it still smelled kind of, I guess the word is gamey.  I then took out the other package and sniffed it and realized it had the same yucky smell and threw it away.  In fact, I threw both packages in the trash.

I would not buy this again. It was not trimmed well and had all the fat on it. I spent over an hour just trimming all the excess fat off.
