I love this cheese. I cut it into 8 pieces, then cold smoke it. The smoked cheese makes a great sliced snack, or on burgers or grilled cheese. It also makes great Holiday gifts to friends!

Tillamook cheese has excellent flavor and melts well--(far better than most other brands I've tried).  Have toured the Tillamook Factory in Tillamook, Oregon several times and the care and quality this company puts into making cheese and ice cream is so nice to see AND taste.

Tillamook cheese, I love buying this at Sam’s. Once when I was in Oregon I went to Tillamook cheese factory with my kids and we watch to make the cheese. It was a fun little getaway, and free. With three samples at the end it was so long ago I don’t have photos but someone had it right when they’re out in Oregon!
