Brownberry is our favorite brand of wheat bread. It's always fresh and makes for fabulous sandwiches. I freeze most of the double loaves by wrapping in pairs of two slices with wax paper. Defrost as needed.

Good Bread

This bread is really heavy and dense, so if you're looking for an airy bread this definitely is not it. The flavor is rich and delicious, it's a little bit drier than white bread but only really noticeable if you don't use condiments on your sandwiches. Makes very good and filling toast! I went straight from eating white bread my whole life to this and I'm loving it, it was an easy transition because of the depth of flavor. I won't buy anything else now!

This is a healthier bread because it is made with whole wheat bread and does not contain enriched flour.  When flour is enriched the nutrition has been stripped from the wheal and some added back.

Not dry or crumbly! I love lightly toasted with butter.  Recently switched from white bread and my toddler ate a PB&J on this without blinking- it's soft!  and not sliced too thick, so you can fold a sandwich in half without it breaking or falling open

A staple in my house

I love this brand of bread, lots of fiber; if toasted correctly you won't get a hard slice rather get a nice toasty crunch to it! For me personally great tasting.

Won’t be buying their products anymore as they’ve gone ‘woke’ with their sustainability nonsense & windmills on their packaging. Another American icon like Disney, Bud etc bite the dust!
