Love this thick bread for grilled sandwiches!

We've been buying this bread for a long time now because it tastes good and goes well with everything. It doesn't overpower our food, it isn't expensive and this bread has a long shelf life.

Tastes good, inexpensive and long shelf life

Generally really good, packaging was different this last purchase and bread was darker and stiffer then usual and went bad faster. So besides this last few differences, it has constantly been really good staple in our pantry.

I have always bought this brand of bread. This was the first I bought it from Sam's. It was not outdated but tasted stale. The crust was hard. This bread is usually super soft and fresh. I was very disappointed.

Bread tasted stale

The manufacturer recently stopped putting the loaves in double bags. Now the bread dries out faster and I have to throw the last third of the loaf away. Not going to waste my money on this brand again.
